1. Overview
These Access Pass Terms ("Terms") govern the purchase, activation, and use of the TheSHFTApp Lifetime Access Pass and any other Access Pass product offered by TheSHFTApp LLC ("TheSHFTApp," "we," "us," or "our").
These Terms supplement and are subject to the Terms of Use and Subscription and AI Credits Terms. In the event of a conflict, these Terms control with respect to Access Pass products.
2. What the Access Pass Is
The Access Pass (including the "Lifetime Access Pass") is a one-time purchase product that grants the purchaser access to a defined scope of Platform features for the duration and under the conditions specified at the time of purchase.
The Access Pass is not a promise of unlimited access to all features in perpetuity. The scope of access is expressly limited as described in this document and in the product description presented at the time of purchase.
3. What the Access Pass Includes
The specific features included in each Access Pass product are described on the applicable product page at the time of purchase. Generally, Access Pass holders receive:
- Access to core Platform features designated as "Access Pass included" at the time of purchase
- Account creation and profile management
- Resume Builder (standard tier)
- Cover Letter Generator (standard tier)
- Interview Preparation tools (standard tier)
- Application Tracker
- Career Roadmap
- Worker Discovery
- Community access (if applicable)
Feature availability is subject to change as described in Section 6.
4. What the Access Pass Does NOT Include
4.1 AI Credits. The Access Pass does not include unlimited AI Credits. AI Credits are a separate consumable resource required for AI-powered features. Access Pass holders may receive an initial allocation of AI Credits at activation, which will be specified in the product description. Additional AI Credits must be purchased separately.
4.2 AI Credit Replenishment. When your initial AI Credit allocation is exhausted, continued use of AI-powered features requires the purchase of additional AI Credits at then-current pricing.
4.3 Premium Features. Features designated as "Premium," "Enterprise," "Pro," or otherwise outside the Access Pass scope require separate purchase or subscription.
4.4 New Products. The Access Pass does not include future products, features, or services developed after your purchase that are released as distinct offerings outside the Access Pass scope.
4.5 Third-Party Costs. Costs associated with Third-Party Services, integrations, or external platforms are not covered by the Access Pass.
4.6 Enterprise Services. Enterprise Dashboard, API access, team Workspaces, and enterprise-grade features are not included in the individual Access Pass.
4.7 Usage-Based Features. Features priced on a per-use or volume basis (including AI Credits) are not covered beyond any initial allocation.
5. Access Pass Pricing and Purchase
5.1 One-Time Purchase. The Access Pass is sold as a one-time purchase at the price specified at checkout.
5.2 No Recurring Charge for Core Access. The Access Pass does not auto-renew for its core feature access. However, AI Credits and Premium add-ons may require separate recurring or one-time purchases.
5.3 Transferability. The Access Pass is non-transferable and is tied to the individual Account created or designated at the time of purchase. It may not be resold, gifted, or transferred to another individual.
5.4 Refunds. All Access Pass purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. See our Subscription and AI Credits Terms for refund policy details.
6. Feature Changes and Service Evolution
6.1 Feature Modifications. TheSHFTApp reserves the right to add, modify, remove, or replace features included in the Access Pass scope. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain a materially equivalent feature set for Access Pass holders.
6.2 Discontinued Features. If a feature that was part of your Access Pass scope is permanently discontinued and not replaced with a materially equivalent feature, we will offer a reasonable accommodation, which may include a credit, alternative feature access, or a partial refund at our discretion.
6.3 Platform Evolution. The Platform is a continuously evolving product. The feature set available at your purchase date may differ from what is available at a later date, as features are added, improved, or retired.
6.4 Technology and AI Model Changes. TheSHFTApp may change the AI models, providers, or technologies used to deliver AI-powered features. Such changes do not alter the core scope of your Access Pass access.
7. Account Requirements
7.1 Active Account. You must maintain an active, compliant Account to use your Access Pass. Access is suspended if your Account is suspended for violations of the Terms of Use or Acceptable Use Policy.
7.2 One Access Pass Per Person. The Access Pass is limited to one per individual. Creating multiple Accounts to obtain multiple Access Passes is prohibited.
7.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of your Access Pass by third parties who gain access to your Account.
8. Termination
8.1 For Cause. TheSHFTApp may revoke Access Pass access, without refund, upon material violation of the Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy, or these Terms.
8.2 Account Closure. If you close your Account, your Access Pass is forfeited. Account closure constitutes waiver of Access Pass access.
8.3 Business Cessation. In the event TheSHFTApp ceases operations, we will provide commercially reasonable advance notice and make reasonable efforts to offer a refund or alternative accommodation.

THE ACCESS PASS IS PROVIDED "AS IS." THESHFTAPP MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT ACCESS PASS FEATURES WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ANY SPECIFIC TIME, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. AI OUTPUTS GENERATED USING AI CREDITS CONSUMED THROUGH THE PLATFORM DO NOT CARRY ANY GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE.
